What You'll Be Doing: - Meeting with warm leads and walk-ins to understand their goals and vision.
- Presenting house and land packages, home designs and build options.
- Building strong relationships with clients, land agents and developers.
- Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to contract signing.
- Collaborating with our in-house team for seamless client experiences.
Who This Is Perfect For: - You've worked in sales or customer experience before (property experience a plus but not necessary).
- You're confident, well presented and a great listener.
- You thrive in a performance focused environment (but dislike pushy tactics).
- You love working with people and can explain things clearly.
