Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure care delivery aligns with approved models and is tailored to individual residents' needs.
* Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Build and nurture relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders, acting on feedback effectively.
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a productive and motivated team.
* Develop and implement effective budgets in collaboration with corporate services.
* Manage rosters, income, and expenses within budgetary guidelines.
* Oversee change management and support transitions within your areas of responsibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Qualification in business, leadership, or clinical fields, with current registration (if applicable).
* In-depth knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards.
* Proven leadership and people management experience with a focus on driving positive change.
* Experience in financial planning, including implementation and evaluation.
* Proficiency in information management systems for reporting and decision-making.
* Strong problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Ability to build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
* National Criminal History Check and statutory declaration regarding criminal convictions.
