About the Role
This is a central support role that keeps our front-of-house, sales, leasing, marketing and contract processes running smoothly. You'll work closely with our Agents, Marketing Coordinator and Senior Sales & Leasing Coordinator to ensure documentation, communication and client interactions are delivered to an exceptional standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Preparing and managing sales, leasing and marketing documentation with high accuracy
· Supporting contract processes in collaboration with the Senior Sales & Leasing Coordinator
· Providing back-end support to our Sales & Leasing agents
· Assisting the Marketing Coordinator with campaign preparation, data entry and asset organisation
· Maintaining reception and office presentation as the first point of contact
· Managing client data, CRM records and data integrity
· General problem-solving and day-to-day operational support across the team
About You

You will Bring:
· Minimum 2-3 years of administrative experience required (real estate experience highly regarded)
· Excellent time management, accuracy and attention to detail
· A confident phone manner and professional presentation
· High computer competency and the ability to troubleshoot - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential
· A positive, solutions-focused approach
· The ability to work autonomously while supporting multiple stakeholders
· A willingness to grow, learn and step outside your comfort zone
· A sound understanding of accounting principles and a current driver's licence will be highly regarded.
· Real Estate Certificate of Registration not essential but highly regarded.
