Food and Beverage Leadership Role
This senior leadership position oversees all aspects of Food and Beverage operations, encompassing restaurant services, breakfast service management, catering and events, internal revenue drives, mini bar operations, and inventory control.
The successful candidate will drive revenue growth through strategic spend per cover initiatives and profitability enhancements. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing inventory levels, implementing robust stock control systems, and analyzing financial performance indicators.
* Strategic Revenue Growth: Develop and execute plans to boost revenue across the restaurant and bar by focusing on key profitability metrics.
* Inventory Management: Implement effective inventory control systems to optimize stock levels, reduce waste, and minimize unnecessary expenditure.
* Financial Performance Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of Food and Beverage financials, including spend per cover and Per Occupied Room (POR) metrics, to inform data-driven decisions.
