 
        
        We are a national NDIS provider, delivering Allied Health support in over 300 locations across Australia to thousands of participants in the community with Occupational & Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology & Physiotherapy services. 
We are open to discussions with OT's with all levels of experience that enjoy the flexibility of having a mobile caseload! 
Your day will include: 
Managing an allocated caseload and completing therapeutic services in a timely manner 
Assessing participants emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments 
Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant 
Providing therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants get more out of life 
Providing support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work and residential facilities 
Recommending provision of Assistive Technology to assist participants with their functional limitations and to promote independence 
Maintaining awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance

You will need: 
Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist 
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills 
Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a diverse caseload 
Proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas
