What you will need
Ideally at least 2 years experience in Chef de Partie or Sous Chef roles
Have High working standards
To be Reliable
Proven knife skills
Food Hygiene level 2 and Allergen Certificates
Ability to be flexible
Be able to travel across Berkshire
