Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in a permanent full-time opportunity. This role will involve providing administrative support, including welcoming guests and visitors, rostering management, clinical staff diary management, stock stationery orders, invoicing, and petty cash management.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working in an office or administration capacity, strong computer skills, and the ability to multitask. They will also have a calm and supportive manner when working amongst elderly residents.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values teamwork, communication, and attention to detail. You will be required to work from Monday to Friday, and you must be available to perform various tasks as needed.
