The Mona Vale Hotel is a leading hospitality venue looking for an experienced Chef to join its team. The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a dedicated Head Chef and supportive team.
* Minimum 3 years experience in a professional kitchen environment
* Able to work 5 days across a 7-day operation
* Must have qualifications or trade experience equivalent
* Flexible attitude, excellent communication and customer service skills
* Immaculate grooming and presentation standards
* Ability to manage sections and deliver high-quality food throughout service
* Pride in food presentation and quality
* Good communication skills (verbal and written)
* Food safety knowledge and practices
* Availability for rotating roster across Monday to Sunday
* Job requires approximately 38 hours per week
