We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and curious Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to join our management team and champion our food and beverage offering.
What we're looking for:
* Experience in leading a service team with a hands-on approach
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* A love of the adrenaline of a fast-paced working environment
* Working knowledge of premium food, spirits, beers, wine, and cocktails
* A creative approach to creating exceptional experiences
What you'll bring:
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced restaurant environment
* A strong knowledge of spirits, beers, wines, and cocktails
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
* Be comfortable behind a coffee machine
* Familiarity with classic cocktails and beverage preparation
* Availability to work most Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
