About the Role
As our Commercial Manager, you’ll lead a diverse portfolio of commercial and support functions across our tourism sites. Think retail, warehousing, food & beverage partnerships, learning programs and more — all working together to enhance both visitor experience and commercial returns. You’ll:
* Lead and grow a multi-disciplinary team of 4+ direct reports
* Partner with Attraction Managers as a true commercial business partner
* Drive profitability while keeping visitor experience front and centre
* Oversee inventory, purchasing and supplier relationships
* Build strong partnerships with our Food & Beverage provider
* Guide sustainable retail and commercial standards
* Champion safety, wellbeing and values-based leadership
* Play a hands-on role during peak periods and through an on-call roster

Requirements
* Senior leadership experience in tourism or visitor-focused operations
* Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting, profitability, reporting and strategy
* Ability to build trusted relationships and influence outcomes across diverse internal and external stakeholders
* Proven experience delivering high-quality visitor experiences alongside strong financial results
* High level of financial literacy with the ability to analyse and interpret financial and non-financial data
* Capability to lead change and transformation in complex operational environments
* Strong understanding of governance, safety and risk management obligations
