Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop supervisory teams to deliver safe, compliant, and efficient ground handling services.
* Drive continuous improvement across service quality, safety, and operational performance.
* Maintain strong relationships with airline partners and ensure service alignment.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations across customer service and ramp functions.
* Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, free from bullying, discrimination, and harassment.
* Achieve operational KPIs including on-time performance, baggage handling, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
* Ensure safe working practices through proactive OH&S leadership and risk management.
Requirements
* Proven leadership experience in aviation or a similar fast-paced operational environment.
* Strong background in ramp operations and supervisory functions.
* Excellent organisational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
* Sound knowledge of airline handling manuals, dangerous goods, and compliance requirements.
* Skilled in managing emergency response procedures and maintaining security standards.
