Salary & Benefits
- Annual package: $174,923.88 (Level 1)
- Base salary: $143,200.92
- Superannuation (12%): $17,184.11
- On-call allowance: $9,469.40
- Changeover allowance: $5,069.45
- Roster: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, FIFO from Perth
- Permanent position with opportunity to progress to Level 2 after 12 months
- Work across Goldfields
- All flights and accommodation provided

About You
- Trade-qualified mechanical technician or fitter
- Comfortable working in remote field environments
- Strong fault-finding and engine maintenance skills
- Safety-focused with good communication and teamwork
- Able to pass a medical, provide a police clearance, and hold a valid driver’s licence
The Job Role
- Maintain and operate gas and diesel power generation equipment
- Service Caterpillar, Deutz, Cummins, and Volvo engines
- Use Pronto Maintenance Management System
- Rotate between sites (aim to stay at one each swing)
- Join a company driving the transition to low-carbon energy
