Customer Partner – Sales, Strategy & Service in One

As a Customer Partner, you'll be the first point of contact for new and existing students, helping them map out their driving journey. This is a sales-driven, problem-solving, customer-focused role where you'll use great questions and active listening to convert inquiries into committed students. You'll also support our instructors and help set students up for success from their very first lesson.
What You'll Do:
Engage with students and instructors via phone and email
Uncover student needs, challenges, and goals—then sell lessons that truly fit them
Maintain sales and transaction KPIs while ensuring top-tier customer experiences
Manage instructor schedules and student bookings using our custom built scheduling software
Problem-solve and guide students through any challenges they face
Work closely with an industry-leading team of driving instructors

What We're Looking For:
* Sales experience is a plus, but not essential—persuasion and problem-solving skills are key
* Strong questioning and listening skills to engage customers effectively
* Confidence using technology and managing multiple communication channels
* A driven, ambitious mindset with a passion for helping people succeed
Availability:
This is a casual role, with availability primarily required during school hours, Monday to Friday (approximately 9.00am–3.00pm or 9.30am–2.30pm).
While we can't guarantee a fixed number of shifts per week, availability expectations will be discussed further during the interview process.
