The Opportunity
Benetas Kangaroo Flat is positioned on over a hectare of beautifully maintained rose gardens and courtyards, providing residents with genuine, quality care within a tranquil and calm living environment. Our Nurses deliver specialised, high quality nursing care to older Victorians in our residential homes and in client homes in our local communities. They enjoy working within a supportive, respectful workplace where their expertise and empathy are valued and rewarded. As an Enrolled Nurse you will support residents to live their best life and achieve their personal goals.

About you
To be successful in this role you will need:
- A current AHPRA registration Division 2 and equivalent degree
- The ability to show empathy and treat others with dignity and respect, and a collaborative approach to working with residents, staff, colleagues and other key stakeholders
- An understanding of the aged care legislative framework and requirements, including safe medication administration
- A high level of accountability for your own work,
- Demonstrate the application of excellent clinical skills in areas such as tissue viability, continence management, dementia/behaviour management, infection control, amongst others
- A friendly and positive attitude with the ability to demonstrate client-focused behaviour
