Role Description
The role of Finance and Administration Officer is a key position within the Specialist Health Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial support to the daily operations of the program, including budgeting, payroll management, and monitoring of transactions.
Responsibilities
* Enter all program contract budgets into our financial system and obtain approval
* Reconcile all financial documents for payment and ensure completeness and accuracy
* Prepare correctly rendered contractor client invoices and perform end-of-month finance processes
* Raise Purchase Orders as required and track transactions in consultation with the Operations Manager
* Assist in drafting budgets and contracts, and assist HR Manager with monthly payroll report checks
* Support adviser travel requirements and undertake any other reasonable administrative duties
Requirements
We are seeking an individual with 2-5 years of experience in finance and administration, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with financial management systems, excellent communication skills, and intermediate advanced MS Office skills.
