Key Responsibilities:
* Fundraising Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to exceed ambitious targets and ensure long-term revenue growth.
* Team Leadership & Culture: Lead, manage, and mentor a passionate fundraising team, fostering a high-performance, positive, and collaborative culture that reflects our vision and values.
* Donor & Stakeholder Management: Oversee the acquisition and management of strategic partnerships and build strong, long-term relationships with donors and supporters.
* Campaigns: Drive compelling fundraising campaigns, delivering innovative initiatives to grow our portfolio and drive performance.
* Grants: Manage and oversee grant applications and proposals.
* Philanthropy: Research, profile, and cultivate relationships with high-value prospective donors and funding opportunities.
Essential Qualifications:
* A minimum of 3 years of proven success in leading fundraising and philanthropy within the not-for-profit sector, with a track record of delivering creative and effective initiatives that meet or exceed KPIs.
* A tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
* Experience with CRM software.
* A valid driver's licence and the commitment to attend all sites regularly.
