The role

Their Sydney operation is a tight-knit team, delivering critical solutions across industries such as healthcare, food production, recycling, and mining. Due to consistent growth and increasing project demand, they are looking to expand their service team with motivated and technically capable individuals. This role offers a genuine long-term career pathway within a business that invests heavily in training and development giving you the opportunity to step into increasingly complex work, including national commissioning projects. While experience is valued, attitude and a willingness to learn are just as important. You’ll join a collaborative service division supporting installation, maintenance, and commissioning work across a diverse client base. Travel requirements are manageable and structured, with strong compensation through allowances, overtime, and on-call work. Key Responsibilities Perform servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding on industrial systems Support installation and commissioning of equipment across client sites Work across a variety of industries including hospitals, manufacturing, and mining Collaborate with internal teams across projects, service, and sales Participate in on-call rotation and occasional travel assignments About You Background as an Electrician with instrumentation exposure Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills Motivated to learn and develop within a specialised technical field Willing to complete medical and police checks Full working rights in Australia, citizen or Permanent Resident What’s On Offer Competitive hourly rate with generous allowances, overtime, and on-call earnings Company vehicle with full personal use Realistic OTE of $120K–$130K Structured training and career progression Long-term stability with a global organisation Contact If this sounds like a role you would be interested in please either apply or reach out to me directly on joshua.zugai@adecco.com.au or call me on 0416 369 753.
