We're looking for a talented individual to join our Sales & Leasing team in Ballarat and accelerate the success of our clients by empowering them to think and act differently.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A commercial or B2B sales background with experience in a new industry
* A natural ability to hunt and secure business opportunities
* Excellent communication skills to converse with diverse stakeholders
* Entrepreneurial spirit and commercial acumen
In this role, you'll assist in:
* Sourcing, listing, selling and leasing commercial properties across Ballarat
* Maintaining an active pipeline of potential buyers and sellers
* Negotiating property transactions from start to finish
* Delivering market knowledge and advice to clients
* Cultivating strong relationships with key account clients
