as a Production Engineer based at our Frenchs Forest, Sydney location.

This position will be a part of a professionally run team and is integral to the growth and profitability of the company. The successful applicant will exhibit an awareness of current industry trends.
Major Responsibilities
Establishing, managing and overseeing the Production Process.
Ability to assess and modify existing production processes, seeking improvements.
Responsibility for all purchases, installation and upgrades of equipment.
Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of SOP's and other Production guidelines.
Managing and adhering to project budgets.
Participate and manage ISO **** audit and compliance requirements.
About You
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Production Engineer with a strong background in Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics.
Key Skills & Experience
Degree in Mechatronics/ Mechanical Engineering.
3- 5 years' experience in assembly line automation.
Previous management experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Knowledge of Pneumatics and hydraulic systems.
Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills.
Committed to maintaining a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment and ensuring a strong commitment to WHS.
Literacy, numeracy and computer skills.
