Dealership Business Manager (Finance & Insurance Sales)

For more than seven decades, Duttons has proudly served the Adelaide Hills community as a trusted, family‐owned dealership. We are now seeking a motivated Business Manager (F&I) to join our dedicated team and help us continue delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced F&I professionals, automotive sales consultants, or candidates from finance, banking, or customer‐focused sales backgrounds who are ready to take the next step in their career.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As our Business Manager, you will play a key role in supporting customers through the vehicle purchase process by presenting clear, compliant finance and insurance solutions. While prior F&I experience is highly regarded, full training and support will be provided for the right candidate with transferable skills, strong ethic, and a customer-first mindset.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Present customers with clear, compliant finance and insurance options
· Prepare and manage all F&I documentation, contracts.
· Ensure all regulatory, lender, and compliance requirements are met.
· Work closely with the sales team to maximise customer outcomes.
· Build lasting relationships with lenders, insurers, and customers
· Always maintain high ethical standards.
· Achieve performance targets while delivering outstanding customer service
ABOUT YOU
We are open-minded and are keen to hear from candidates who bring the right attitude, values and potential, including:
· Experienced Automotive Business/F&I manager, or
· Automotive Sales Consultants looking to advance their career, or
· Candidates from banking, finance, insurance or professional sales backgrounds with strong customer engagement skills
You will also bring:
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Confidence working with numbers, processes, and documentation
· High attention to detail and excellent organisational ability
· A positive, proactive approach with a genuine focus on customers
· Clear credit history and clear police record (essential to represent our lenders)

WORK HOURS
Saturday work is required, balanced by a weekday rostered day off to help maintain a healthy work–life balance.
