As a valued member of our clinical team, you'll be pivotal in delivering safe, competent, and contemporary clinical care to our residents. You'll also play a crucial role in supervising and supporting registered nurses, enrolled nurses, and personal carers, ensuring a resident-centric approach and high customer service standards.The Care Manager is responsible for planning, allocating, and delegating duties, and facilitating care delivery according to documented policies and procedures. They will contribute to the effective management of human, material, and fiscal resources within budgetary requirements.Using their high-level clinical skills and knowledge as an experienced Registered Nurse, the Care Manager will achieve best practice standards and provide strong leadership in a resident-focused environment. They will foster a workplace culture that embraces innovation and collaboration, supporting residents to 'live life as they choose.'RequirementsEssential:Successful completion of a minimum Bachelor Degree in Nursing (RN) for aged care facilities.Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
