Key Responsibilities
Policy Administration: Processing new business applications, policy renewals, and ongoing maintenance to ensure accurate input for insurers.
Client Interaction: Serving as a primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
Broker Support: Preparing insurance-related correspondence, drafting quotations, and creating renewal reports for Senior Brokers.
Relationship Management: Building professional relationships with underwriters to help provide tailored insurance solutions.
Office Operations: Handling general administrative tasks such as file organization, system updates, and assisting managers as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
