About the role
An opportunity has become available for a Part time Laboratory Technician at our Osborne Park Laboratory Serology/Infectious Molecular/Immunology Department, Western Australia.
The position involves working in a fast-paced environment and will be suitable for individuals who pride themselves on the level of accuracy in their work and have a strong customer focus. You will work as part of an experienced and dedicated team with exposure to a wide diversity of work. The successful applicant will be an experienced Laboratory Technician with the ability to participate in a 7-day rotating roster that includes night and afternoon shifts and public holidays.
Skills and experience:
* Candidates must have at a minimum a Diploma in Laboratory Techniques
* Previous experience in a Clinical Laboratory in the Serology/Molecular/Immunology field is beneficial
* Excellent communication skills
* High attention to detail and experience working in a fast-paced environment
* An enthusiastic and flexible approach to work
* Ability to multitask and successfully work as part of a team
