Hotel Sales & Marketing Coordinator - Part Time

We are looking for a Part Time Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our busy sales and events team.
About the Role
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator's role is to support the Sales and Marketing department in executing the brand's communications, distribution, channel, socials, loyalty, and overall S&M function for voco Gold Coast.
* Supporting the Marketing Manager with project management and assigned tasks.
* Collaborating with Business Development Managers (BDMs) on proposals and quotes.
* Assisting the Conference & Events team with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
* Providing general administrative support for the Sales & Marketing team.
Key Skills & Attributes
All successful candidates must be motivated to deliver exceptional customer service and possess the following skills:
* Able to interact with customers, employees, and third parties representing the hotel, brand, and company in a positive manner.
* Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Experience with Delphi Salesforce and Opera is an advantage.
* Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
* At least 1 year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
