About the Role:
As a Cleaning Site Supervisor, you will lead and support a dedicated cleaning team, ensuring high cleaning standards are met while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. You will play a crucial role in team coordination, quality assurance, and compliance with school-specific cleaning requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership & Supervision – Manage and motivate a cleaning team to achieve service excellence.
* Quality Control – Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are upheld.
* Scheduling & Operations – Coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure efficient resource allocation.
* Compliance & Safety – Maintain adherence to WHS and school-specific cleaning regulations.
* Stakeholder Engagement – Communicate effectively with school representatives to meet expectations.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably within a school or education setting.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
* A current Working with Children Check / QLD Blue Card (or the ability to obtain one) is required.
* Knowledge of school cleaning requirements, including WHS and infection control protocols.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
