The role of an Industrial Blade Technologist is to maintain the performance and efficiency of processing equipment by planning, inspecting, and sharpening knife blades.

This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude and workshop experience. The successful candidate will have knowledge of safe equipment use and maintenance procedures.
Key responsibilities include:

* Sharpening and fitting knife blades to fixed-plant processing equipment.
* Maintenance and upkeep of sharpening equipment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with the wider Maintenance and Production teams.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role involves working day shifts or afternoon shifts Monday to Friday, with regular Saturday overtime. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of the organization.
