You will lead and design a national governance, audit, and compliance framework that supports operational excellence and ensures full contractual and legislative compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a national compliance, audit, and governance framework.
Lead and mentor a compliance and risk team to deliver on key objectives.
Conduct audits, reviews, and risk assessments across national operations.
Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive compliance culture and best practice.
Ensure all operations align with legal, contractual, and internal standards.
What You'll Bring
Experience in self-insurance or statutory benefits systems.
Experience across multiple jurisdictions in Australia.
Proven background in audit, compliance, or risk management.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
