The Opportunity
We're hiring a hands‑on Group Marketing Lead to run marketing across the entire KLUEM Group. This role is perfect for someone who can set direction and execute — building consistent brand presence while driving strong lead volume across multiple business units.
You'll report directly to the Group Director (Marc) and own the full marketing function end‑to‑end.
What You'll Own
* Build and run the group‑wide marketing plan (monthly + quarterly)
* Drive lead volume through smart paid + organic campaigns
* Lift brand awareness with consistent messaging and creative
* Manage and optimise Meta Ads + Google Ads (testing, budget allocation, reporting)
* Own website updates and landing page builds in Squarespace
* Run campaigns and workflows in HubSpot (forms, email, lists, automation, reporting)
* Content direction + execution: social, video briefs, case studies, before/after, offers
* Manage the marketing calendar across all brands and priorities
* Track results and report monthly (leads, CPL, conversion, channel performance)
Must‑Haves
* Proven experience running marketing in a hands‑on role (agency or in‑house)
* Strong capability in: Meta Ads + Google Ads + Squarespace
* Comfortable in HubSpot (campaigns, email, automation and reporting)
* Clear copywriting and brand messaging (simple, direct, not fluffy)
* Strong organisation: you can juggle multiple brands and deadlines
* You measure outcomes and improve fast (test → learn → refine)
Nice to Have
* Trade/services or multi‑brand experience
* Basic SEO + conversion rate optimisation
* Video/content direction and creative briefing skills
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
* Clean, consistent group brand standards across channels
* Paid campaigns structured and reporting clearly
* Lead volume improving with controlled CPL
* A simple monthly marketing rhythm: plan, execute, report, improve

This is an in‑office role in Canning Vale, working closely with leadership and the team.
