This includes preparing digital and promotional content for websites, social media and publications, supporting the promotion of organisational initiatives and events, and assisting with community engagement activities. In addition, you will help maintain communications calendars, stakeholder contact lists and digital asset libraries while tracking delivery against planned schedules and providing operational updates to the Communications & Engagement Manager.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Highly Desirable

• Relevant qualification in Communications, Marketing, or related field

• Experience using tools such as Canva, CMS platforms, or analytics tools

• Knowledge of or willingness to engage with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, with an appreciation of cultural safety and inclusion.

In return for your skills and valued contribution you will be rewarded with:

• Salary and Benefits: Generous remuneration package including 5 weeks annual leave with 17.5% leave loading

• NFP Salary Packaging: Save tax and increase your take home pay by salary packaging your everyday living expenses and bills (up to $15,900) and meal entertainment (up to $2,650) per annum.

• Family and Lifestyle Support: Access to wellbeing initiatives, generous leave entitlements, and programs that support personal and family wellbeing.

• Purpose-Driven Culture: Be part of a values-led organisation making a real and lasting impact.

• Career development opportunities: Support to challenge yourself, grow and develop new skills and knowledge.
