, you'll support the Store Manager to take the store to the next level by driving sales, coaching your team and creating a standout store experience. You'll be hands-on, people-focused, and commercially sharp.
What You'll Do
* Create memorable customer moments every day
* Lead, develop, and inspire your team to hit sales and service targets
* Maintain high standards across store presentation, VM, and stock flow
