**Job description**:
In the role of Claims Support Officer, you will provide quality client service and may be required to refer clients to other health services or support within the department.
**The Role and Responsibilities**
- Administrative processes to record computer-based decisions and referring to other services and support
- Requesting information necessary to support claims
- Scheduling medical appointments
- Maintaining records in computer systems
- Share information, knowledge, and expertise to assist other team members
- Contribute to continuous business improvement in a constructive and collaborative manner
**Australian Citizenship is mandatory to be considered for these roles.**

**Skills and experience required**
- Be able to consider a range of information, including medical details in the context of compensation legislation and policy
- Have excellent problem-solving skills
- Be able to manage competing priorities and deliver to meet performance benchmarks
- Possess well-developed communication skills
- Work collaboratively with others
