As a Recruitment Expert, you will play a key role in shaping our team's success by fostering strong client and candidate relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment management, including sourcing, screening, client management, and negotiation.
Business development: generating new leads, running client meetings, negotiating agreements, and developing strong client relationships.
Candidate management: proactively sourcing suitable candidates, conducting interviews, and providing coaching throughout the recruitment process.
Cross-selling into client accounts, working collaboratively with consultants across divisions.
Requirements:
Experience in 360° recruitment or relevant sales experience.
Proven ability to meet and exceed billing targets, manage client relationships effectively, and represent the business professionally.
Demonstrated initiative in supporting internal cultural or operational activities.
