Job Description
As Sommelier, you will be the driving force behind the wine direction across a prominent venue, with the freedom to curate an exceptional list that complements the culinary vision.
This is a hands-on leadership role with full accountability for the wine program, service training, and supplier relationships.
- Design and deliver a compelling, evolving wine list
- Lead and mentor a dedicated front-of-house team
- Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and GM
- Manage supplier partnerships and inventory
