The Opportunity
We're seeking a driven Senior Account Executive to join our ANZ Sales team. You'll focus on acquiring and growing mid-market and enterprise customers across our product suite, delivering tailored solutions.
This is a remote role ideal for candidates based on the East Coast of Australia. You'll work closely with pre-sales and product specialists to create incredible buying experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the full sales cycle for net-new opportunities across commerce and retail products (Neto, Retail Express, Marketing Cloud, Merchandising Cloud)
* Prospect, qualify, and close deals with mid-market and enterprise retail/e-commerce customers
* Develop account plans and lead value-based sales conversations
* Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure long-term customer success
* Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene
* Represent Maropost at industry events, webinars, and partner engagements as needed
Requirements
* 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in SaaS or retail tech
* Proven ability to sell into mid-market and enterprise accounts
* Strong discovery, solution selling, and closing skills
* Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders including C-level
* Understanding of retail workflows (ECommerce, POS, CX, Martech or logistics is a bonus)
* Self-starter with a passion for value-driven selling and customer success
* Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
