3 Ravens is Melbourne's oldest indie brewer, and Thornburyhome is a popular spot for locals hosting innovative beer events.
We have a casual bartender role available for 20-30 hours per week, offering great hours, chill vibes, good tunes, and unique events.
The bar is a small dive pub catering to about 60 people, with a large event space for 300‑400 people used for monthly events and live music plus a summer pop‑up outdoor beer garden.
Role Details
* Hours: 20–30 hours per week (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
* Location: Thornbury/Preston – preferred for local residents
* Knowledge in beer and cocktails beneficial; can‑do attitude essential
* Must work autonomously and possess strong communication skills, exuding positive energy to create an intimate experience for locals
