The Opportunity:
We are looking for a driven Junior Recruitment Consultant to work within our construction team supporting the full recruitment lifecycle to develop strong candidate relationships. This candidate focused role is a great stepping stone into becoming a Recruitment Consultant in future.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
* Source high-quality white-collar construction talent
* Stay informed on market trends to provide expert advice
* Contribute positively to a collaborative, high-performing team culture
* Achieve and exceed targets through our commission and bonus structures
The Criteria:
* Construction industry experience (admin, sales or BDM)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Target-driven with a proven results mindset
