About the Role
Reporting to the Digital Platform Manager – Consumer, this role is ideal for someone who is commercially curious, analytically sharp, and passionate about turning data into insight.
As our Digital Analyst, you'll analyse, interpret and communicate digital performance across our platforms and campaigns, supporting data‐led strategy, optimisation, and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with Marketing, Digital, Brand, Content and agency partners — acting as a trusted advisor on measurement, reporting and performance insights.
This is a hands‐on role with strong exposure across the business and opportunity to influence how we use digital data to drive outcomes, based in our Mount Waverley head office with a hybrid working model.
Responsibilities
* Analyse and interpret data to inform digital marketing strategies and optimise key metrics
* Monitor and improve performance of digital platforms, campaigns and applications
* Create and deliver clear reports, dashboards and insights for stakeholders across the business
* Support optimisation initiatives including A/B testing and experimentation
* Partner with internal teams and external agencies to define reporting requirements and ensure effective data collection
* Develop briefs for digital delivery projects, including data sources, testing plans and measurement frameworks
* Document business rules for website integrations, CMS enhancements and phased project approaches
* Support business acceptance testing and provide sign‐off for digital development projects
* Promote data literacy and self‐service reporting across the Consumer business

What You Bring
* Degree qualification in Marketing, Business, Analytics or a related discipline
* Experience translating digital analysis into clear, actionable insights
* Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and performance measurement
* Hands‐on experience with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager and reporting platforms
* Experience working across multiple digital platforms and stakeholders
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non‐technical audiences
* High attention to detail and a proactive, problem‐solving mindset
* Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Cloud or similar platforms (highly regarded)
* A genuine passion for digital, data and continuous improvement
