Technical Enablement Manager at UpGuard

UpGuard’s mission is to make life easier for security teams. We build robust solutions that help customers identify, assess, and remediate cybersecurity risk across their attack surface, vendor ecosystem, workforce, and trust relationships. We are hiring for a dedicated Technical Enablement Manager to join the Revenue Enablement team. This role ensures our technical customer-facing teams (Sales Engineers, Customer Success Managers) have deep product knowledge, practical skills, and compelling messaging to position, demonstrate, and support UpGuard solutions. You will translate complex product information into effective learning experiences and practical tools for technical field teams, collaborating with Product Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and the enablement team to prepare for new product introductions and ongoing proficiency.

What will you do?

- Lead Technical Product Launch Enablement: partner with PMM, Product Management, and Engineering to develop and execute technical enablement plans for all major product launches and feature releases, ensuring deep technical understanding across field teams.
- Translate GTM plans and product specifications into impactful technical training curriculum, content, and resources.
- Develop and Deliver Technical Enablement Programs & Content: design, build, and maintain a library of technical enablement materials, including in-depth training modules (e-learning, instructor-led), technical demonstration scripts, playbooks, FAQs, and troubleshooting resources, plus hands-on labs and workshops.
- Deliver engaging technical training sessions (live and virtual) tailored to Sales Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and other technical roles.
- Collaborate with the enablement team to ensure integrated training for product launches, owning the deep technical components.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with PMM to align enablement with GTM messaging, partner with Product Management and Engineering to stay ahead of the roadmap, and gather feedback from technical leadership to address enablement needs.
- Integrate with the broader Revenue Enablement team to complement onboarding and kickoff programs with specialised technical tracks.
- Collaborate with Competitive Intelligence and Product Marketing to communicate technical differentiation in the competitive landscape.
- Measure and Optimise Impact: track metrics such as technical proficiency, certification rates, content usage, field readiness, and product adoption; continually refine materials based on feedback; report on business impact.

What will you bring?

- 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, Technical Account Management) within a B2B SaaS or technology company with a highly technical product; cybersecurity experience preferred.
- 2+ years in a dedicated technical enablement, technical training, or product marketing role focusing on technical audiences.
- Ability to understand complex technical products and translate them into clear, engaging training content.
- Experience designing and delivering technical training programs (curriculum development, content creation, facilitation both live and virtual).
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to work with highly technical teams.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Engineering, Product Marketing).
- Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort using AI to accelerate content development and delivery.
- A passion for technology and helping others learn and succeed.
