We are seeking a highly skilled Administration Manager to lead our Corporate Support Services team and join our Executive Leadership Team.
* Manage and support an existing CSS team, including understanding and overseeing financial processes.
* Oversee management of the ISO accredited QA, WHS & ENV systems referred to as the IMS (Integrated Management System).
* Meet with the CSS team on a regular basis to discuss strategy, upcoming tasks, events, and team concerns.
* Report relevant CSS meeting information to idec executives.
* Perform HR-related tasks, including leading and coordinating end-to-end recruitment, facilitating training, and participating in disciplinary and performance management processes to ensure compliance with workplace legislation.
* Provide expert advice on Employee Relations matters and Industrial Agreements.
* Handle Workcover Claims and RTW programs.
* Facilitate internal and external audits on our IMS and WHS systems.
* Manage professional consultants (IT MSP, Accountants).
To successfully secure this position, you would have:
* An accounting degree (or equivalent).
* Experience in a construction environment highly valued.
* Experience in a HR and IT management role.
* Ability to inspire, motivate, and influence a cross-functional team.
* Excellent coaching, performance management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Understanding of payroll procedures.
* Understanding of an IMS (Integrated Management System) in a construction environment.
* Experience performing audits on internal systems and facilitating external audits.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
