Chandler Macleod has an exciting opportunity for a senior sales leader to step into the role of Head of Enterprise Sales / Solutions, shaping growth across our MSP, RPO, and Total Talent portfolio.

Reporting to the Director, Client Solutions APAC, this role sits at the centre of our enterprise growth agenda. It's about opening doors, building executive‐level relationships and turning complex workforce challenges into long‐term partnerships. You'll work closely with delivery and operational leaders to bring compelling, market‐leading solutions to life and help position Chandler Macleod as a trusted enterprise partner.

This opportunity will suit someone who thrives in complex sales environments, enjoys influencing at senior levels, and wants to leave a clear imprint on the growth of the business. This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Canberra.

In this role, you will:

* Spend your time identifying and shaping enterprise‐level opportunities across MSP, RPO, and Total Talent
* Lead conversations with senior and executive stakeholders, helping clients navigate complex workforce challenges
* Guide opportunities from early engagement through solution design, commercial agreement, and contract execution
* Partner closely with delivery, operations, and SME teams to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and commercially sound
* Lead commercial discussions and negotiations, balancing client needs with margin, risk, and long‐term value
* Bring market insight, client feedback, and competitive intelligence back into the business to inform strategy and offering

About you:

You're a confident, relationship‐led sales leader who enjoys winning complex work and building sustainable enterprise partnerships. You bring:

* Deep experience in enterprise sales within recruitment, staffing, consulting or talent solutions
* A strong track record converting complex workforce solutions, such as MSP, RPO, or Total Talent
* Commercial confidence and sound judgement when assessing opportunity, risk, and long‐term value
* A consultative approach with credibility and presence at C‐suite level
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to tell a compelling client story
* Energy, resilience and a genuine drive to grow enterprise business
