Conference and Events Sales Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our high-performing sales team. As our Sales Executive - Conference and Events, you will play a key role in bringing our events to life by organizing and delivering exceptional experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Organize and deliver outstanding events in our dedicated function spaces and other venues as required.
* Upsell our luxury offerings to select clients.
* Build strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
* Collaborate with relevant teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery and logistics.
Requirements:
* Strong desire to proactively achieve results for the team.
* Exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
* Confident decision-making abilities and highly efficient administrative skills.
* Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship and event booking software.
* Tertiary qualifications in Tourism or Hospitality (or working towards).
