Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you will guide and support your team to empower participants to achieve their goals, ensuring their individual care needs are met across wellbeing, housekeeping, meal preparation, personal care, and daily activities such as shopping trips and social outings. You will lead by example, provide clear direction, and foster a positive and supportive environment that enables both staff and participants to thrive. Assist with participants activities of daily living when required across a 24/7 roster.

Qualifications

* Current NDIS Workers Check
* Current DHS Working With Children Check
* Current First Aid Certificate with up to date CPR
* Current Manual Handling Certificate
* Unrestricted Driver's License
* Certificate IV Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care or similar qualification
* Basic Continence Aid Training (completed face to face within an RTO)
* Assistance with Medication Training (completed face to face within an RTO)
* Minimum 1 year in a Team Leader position (preferred)
* Knowledge of rostering (preferred)
* Availability to work across a 24/7 roster
