Role Purpose
Carpentaria is establishing a unique, community‑focused, multi‑disciplinary Allied Health service in Maningrida, located in the heart of Arnhem Land. We are searching for passionate and experienced clinicians who want to help develop and deliver this pilot program, paving the way for the future of remote Allied Health service delivery.
Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver the pilot Allied Health program in Maningrida.
* Provide therapeutic services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in remote communities.
* Collaborate with clinicians, stakeholders and the community of Maningrida.
* Adapt services to the needs of a remote setting and support the development of a future remote Allied Health model.
Qualifications
* Experienced in working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, or a strong commitment to improving health and wellbeing outcomes for remote communities.
* Flexible, adaptable, and adventure‑seeking, with a desire to collaborate across an interdisciplinary team.
* Capacity to work in a remote setting with flexible FIFO rosters.
