Responsibilities include supporting business products through collaboration with vendors, customers, and internal support groups. The role involves daily facility activities such as government compliance, inbound receipts, kitting, order processing, procurement, inventory management, staffing, inspections, employee engagement, safety, security, and profitability. Financial activities like forecasting, allocations, adjustments, and business planning are also part of the role. The position emphasizes maintaining and strengthening customer relationships, which may include face-to-face interactions. Opportunities for improving operational efficiency and effectiveness are encouraged. Support may extend to field stocking locations and agent locations across multiple geographies, including operating powered industrial equipment.The candidate provides functional expertise, typically acquired through university education and experience. May supervise others as a "player coach," but primarily focuses on individual expertise.
