Key Responsibilities
* Develop an end-to-end strategy for Mortgages, providing guidance to stakeholders and the Leadership team.
* Oversee portfolio delivery health, ensuring risks are effectively managed and governance standards are met.
* Engage with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives while managing complex initiatives.
