About the Role
We are seeking experienced and reliable FOH staff to join our casual team in Sydney. You will work across a wide variety of venues and functions, from hotels and restaurants to large events and schools. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, flexible shifts, and delivering outstanding service in professional environments.

What You Will Need
* At least 6 months experience as a waiter or waitress, food & beverage attendant, food runner, or in function, banquet, fine dining, or a la carte service
* Ability to carry 3 plates, set and clear tables
* RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) essential
* Immaculate and professional grooming
* Customer service focused
* Not essential but a plus: experience in Boardroom service, Cocktails, wine service and barista skills
* Current Police Check or willingness to obtain
