We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House professional to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.
* Teamwork: Collaborate with the kitchen and front of house teams to provide seamless service during peak hours.
* Operational Skills: Operate point-of-sale systems, booking software, and other technical tools efficiently.
* Coffee and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, including cocktails, to meet guest expectations.
* Environmental Management: Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized service environment at all times.
* Safety and Compliance: Adhere to RSA and Venue Compliance Policies and Procedures, ensuring a safe working environment.
Requirements:
* Qualifications: Current Responsible Service of Alcohol certification is mandatory.
* Experience: Minimum 12 months of Front of House experience in a hospitality environment.
* Skills: Barista skills and cocktail-making abilities are highly regarded, as well as familiarity with POS systems and booking software.
