**Job Summary**:
This role is responsible for providing technical assistance to users, coordinating IT service requests, and contributing to the improvement of helpdesk operations and IT system reliability.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Determine software and hardware requirements to resolve technical issues
- Respond to user inquiries about software and hardware problems
- Adapt existing programs to meet user needs
- Install and configure necessary software
- Implement computer networks
- Maintain websites and manage domains
- Troubleshoot and replace peripheral equipment such as terminals, printers and modems
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Diploma in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent 3+ years' experience in a technical support role)
- Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft environments
- Familiarity with basic networking and remote support tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
