Your impact

The Principal Process Engineer is responsible for providing and leading consultancy services, engineering services, technical input and direction in design in the ANZ region.

The role will be instrumental in collaborating with commercial, project management, engineering and design technical leaders to create opportunities for Jacobs to plan, develop, deliver and operate a range of projects. The role will support the management of the team, in terms of team development and growth, building design capability and growing the portfolio. Key to this role will be the leadership and interface with GID delivery centres in order to improve delivery capability to meet targets.

Deliver technically excellent designs and consultancy services. Drive business development and be responsible for work winning, identify the next opportunities and support the win of opportunities.

Develop and maintain strong key client relationships, act as a trusted advisor to a select group of Jacobs key clients. Represent the team at key thought leadership events.

Collaborate closely with Jacobs client management team to identify emerging opportunities with clients. Manage projects in both PM and DPE roles, as needed, delivery on cost, on time, and resulting in client satisfaction.

Provide design management functions on projects. Maintain compliance with Jacobs QA procedures, including the deliverables review QA process. Facilitate the technical development of more junior resources to meet market requirements. Engage with high performers in a team environment to facilitate knowledge sharing and coaching. Promote safety culture within the organisation and with our clients

You will support your PU to ensure it can thrive in a global setting, encouraging cross-geography relationships in order to maximise the benefit of global delivery to our clients and our people.
