The Role
We're looking for a passionate Interior Designer to join our expanding team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for early-career designers eager to grow their skills, gain hands-on project experience, and thrive in a collaborative studio workplace.
It's also ideal for experienced designers seeking part-time flexibility and a better work–life balance while continuing to contribute meaningfully to exciting design projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with concept development, space planning, and presentations
- Prepare drawings, documentation, schedules, and mood boards
- Create 3D perspectives
- Source and coordinate finishes, furniture, fixtures, and fittings (FF&E;)
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and consultants as required
- Contribute to project coordination, site visits, site measurements
- Support the team with general studio tasks
- Assist with social media and marketing content creation to promote the studio's work
About You
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design
- Proficiency in software (SketchUp, Enscape or an alternative 3D visualization, Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva)
- Fluent English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills
- Creative flair and a passion for interiors
- Strong attention to detail with good organisational skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in social media management and content creation will be highly regarded
- Must have Australian work rights
